why am I not able to bind my .ini file to the start up of UT?

I used to make it with .... c:\....\System -exec nameofinifile.ini

but it won't be bind in for some reason since I have win 7 x64. Is it normal and/or is there a way to fix it for x64 systems?

exec is for console commands ( tweaks.txt etc )

i think the switches you are looking for are: -INI=filename.ini and -USERINI=yakoSucks.dick

I will try it

I bind my tweak.ini in like this since 7 years now..lol, just wondering why it is now not working anymore with -exec tweak.ini

oh so you are actually talking about tweak commands?
then i don't know.
but i think, that i experienced something similar from the start.
the tweaks file seemed to be executed, but not completely. (as in: some of the commands had been executed - but others hadn't. so i always had to execute it manually again).

maybe in your case it has something to do with the "execute in"-directory, tho. that's the directory from where the executable (ut.exe in that case) is called. so i think if you go "-exec a.txt", then a.txt has to be in that directory.
