If you fly by ryanair (to London Stansted) then you can fly from two destinations in Sweden, either Stockholm Vasteras or Stockholm S. Skavsta (NYO).

If you fly return from Stockholm S. Skavsta (NYO) it'll probably cost you about 1,000 SEK (if you book early)

FRom london you can prolly hitch a lift with someone, if not they have good train routes.
