just tested it, and wow MUCH worse..

steady OVER 10% PL, sometimes going 30+ and ping went totally nutz0rs... seen about every number between 5 and 109...

weird

edit: whoops my ftp was open which would explain the bouncy ping... just dos-pinged and it does seem a low ping but it does show PL..

i'll post again after some testing (read after war vs FBC2 on it)

f1 ping = 55

Every 10th second my f6 ping spikes from 95 to around 150 and I have constant packet loss between 10-30%.
And once a minute I get a huge ping spike to 350 and packet loss over 30%. Couldn't fire for 3 seconds (I couldn't see the instabeam anyway)

Hope you can do something about it.

Dunno which has improved for me at this moment, as my ISP is jumpy and the server is still fine! (and 4 less hops)

2 ways i know.

1. Do the trace, right click mark then highlight everything you want to copy then high right click (yes, right click)

2. Type tracert xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx >c:\trace1.txt (or some other file name).

The trace wont display anything in the dos window then but after its finished you'll have a txt file called trace1 in your C drive :)

Whats the problem? You did read in my post that there is a spiking problem thats being fixed didn't you?

I seem to remember several people making comments along the lines of "Its just ur shitty ISP causing that".

So, there is a problem at the server end as well. Glad to see I was proved right! :D
 
The problem is with a router near the server that started on tuesday.... 8 days after your match thur. I believe everyone has to go through this problem router and thus everyone is getting spikes, whereas before with you it was somewhere else on your route which not everyone else went through. The Internet is always changing and has many different problems.
 
just to clear it up its either a dodgy switch or nic wont find out till monday thats why you are spiking at last hop nothing can be done till monday now...and it aint cheap to fix but nm i dont pay for it:D routing is better for simple fact there is no london man london link as before the new routing should be better in every way to last...as before it was a bbn/legend mix now its netkonnect if your isp peers at linx then you will have alot less hops if it doesent then hops will be less or same as last uplink but ping time should be reduced and btw bb.londons are next to each other in same building.
