Tweaking your internet connection *should'nt* have any affect on ping it may help downloads/web page loading but that's it.

netspeed should be no lower than 5000 aswell in UT

check with other people from your country who ping well what isp they have and buy it...

Well i just think its the comp coz Skum and NTS and Tornado are having 70-90 with same conn as me in same country.. Btw can computer matter with ping? or is it just the connection what makes the ping? Because when i enter a public/match server i get allways 70-90 ping at start but then when i get in action/spam moves up to 200-300 and in idm moves from 50-100

Other suggestion: some ppl get PL when using the wrong settings for their nic. Try lowering it to 10Mbit-half duplex if you're running it in full duplex.
