Hey - turns out IRC is out and something a little more modern has taken it's place... A little thing called Discord!

bout Mouse Sensitivity...
1. Mouses have dpi sensitivity, it means some ar more sensible than others. This is most important thing. Ego-Shooter gamers need Mouses with big dpi Numbers, for example min. 800 dpi
2. It means if u have Sensitivity 1.0 or 8.0 or 20.0 in UT it doesn´t change NEVER real sensitivity of ur mouse. For example I can have sensitivity 9.0, but with suxor mouse it won´t help in close combat...
3. Everyone has to choose for himself, how and w00t to do with his mouses sensibility, but no one has good chances if he has bad mouse,
or if he sux...

PS2Rate might work on non 95/98 systems, use at own risk.
Its free just do a search, its also in my icq shared folder, 85206055.
If you think about it, if your mouse is only refreshing @ 40Hz then with mouselook games like Ut, you're limiting things severely.
200Hz is the max setting with PS2Rate but even that depends on your mouse, I only get 152/153 Hz.

Mouse sensitivity will depend on EACH INDIVIDUALS preference
some use a fast speed and other good players use a slow speed.....just piss about on a public and change sensitivity til u feel its comfortable...
I play with a speed of 2.5 now in win XP but used 1 in win 98......
