this explains why some ppl play better on public then during match....

As for TIW yeh it has been blocked in the past i`d gladly see it in but its mostly depended on community.

Eh and Raichu TIW does not remove your aiming (nor bsk in that case!) its just 'fix' the minigun :]

well the values stated in the manual are very loosely based on single player not on online games

ie it says secondary mini fires twice as fast and twice as unprecise as primary...

iv seen firerates between x1,2 and x1,6 but never x2

and if you cant kill with mini while nolockdown enabled you probably couldnt aim properly to begin with.

Lockdown was way different problem in uta... also blocked by old admins who were supported by old skool uta players...

As for TIW you can look for some nice stuff soon >.<
