can someone tell me where to get this dot crosshair from

I have a dot and circle atm (small, not those huge circle ones) but just a dot might be better.

ok i play at 1280x1024 and found default crosshairs too big so they ended up covering player but still giving plenty of room to miss at long range .Here are two ive done the first is a simple cross very like default but scaled down so it dont look so big on screen....the second is my fav cause i play a lot of insta ,its a small circle with no dot perfect for long distance,kinda reminds me of lookin through a magnifying glass it pwns
