Get rid of Div 3?

Is there any sence in having a 3rd Division? Why don't we just upgrade the groups to 11 cleans each.

The league is designed to run on 9 teams per division, anything else would require a complete change of the system. Nonagon system for those that know

I agree, but a better approach would be to have one 9-clan-div and one 13-clan-div instead of two 11-clan-divs.
