That is totally doable, but did you ever see a spambot reply in a thread ? I never did.

They only make new threads!
 
I'v seen it a few times now. I have to say that since I added an anti-spam question to unrealize forums I've not had one single spam signup...
 
I reckon any custom coded thing will work 99% of the time since spambots are coded to attack the big and known things.. not customized questions/checks/whatever.
 
I think you can try nidesoft dvd ripper which which helps you convert DVD to all popular video or audio formats easily. It works as DVD to MP4,DVD to AVI, DVD to WMV, DVD to DIVX, etc..
