to plant dynamite you need to be an engineer
dynamite is on number 6 i think, once u dropped it u select the tech on 5 and press fire, u'll then see a blue bar indicating how long u need to hold fire till its armed
u cant drive tanks, u can only sit on it and use the mounted machinegun on top
to do that approach the tank and press the use key
problem is that u are a sitting target and wont survive long
dunno about the server connection times, maybe ur con or ur pc is shit
i think the maps are quite big, so it probably takes quite a time to load them
