Whcih GTA city has the best athmosphere?

Ofcourse GTA SA is the best GTA game, but which city has the best athmosphere or is your favourite?

For example i prefer the New York style of Liberty City .

i like Los Santos the best, i just got into the 2nd city on SA but for some reason i dont like it that much, Los Santos looks different from any other GTA game ive played, San Fierro looks too much like all the others

Los Santos by far, Vice City was great too...
But "Gangsta nigga's in the hood" in Grovestreet is just too sweet.
It's all downhill in terms of atmosphere from then on though, and Vice City stays cool throughout

cant really decide, only played SA
in SA los santos gives the player a good gansta feeling.

ps: los santos = los angelos
las venturas = las vegas (hence all the casinos n stuff)
san fierro = san francisco
