What PC is Better?

Might be looking to get rid of 1 of the PC's we got in the house, but not 100% on which one.
Which one would you get rid of and for how much?
And with the money from the PC we would then look at a good Laptop.

2084 PC2-5300 (333MHz) Ram (x2 1024)
Nvidia GeForce 8500 GT
Motherboard = Foxconn M7VMX
250g HDD
19" acer Monitor

PC2
Inter Core 2 Duo E6420 2.13GHz
2084 PC2-5300 (333MHz) Ram (x2 1024)
Nvidia GeForce 8600 GTs
Motherboard = Gigabyte 965p-ds3
320g HDD
19" acer Monitor

I'd put the GF8600GT into PC1, prolly swap the hdds over too, and possibly the mobo too, then sell the other - probs get 300-400 quid for it depending on the buyer
