any idea how to remove this virus?
norton scans it, finds it, destroys it... but on start up it comes back

girlfriend got it trough msn

damn tool doesn't work
did an update and got those virus now

W32.spybot.NNT
W32.Kelvir.V

and can't put them in quarantine

The spybot.nnt should be removed with the tool above

not heard of W32.Kelvir.V

prolly best off with a reinstall

Run NAV in Windows safe mode. Usual reason files can't be deleted is because they are running.

indeed, always run safe mode to remove them totally
