Voted, but can u vote more times, cus i have program who votes a link like 300 times in 1 minute
Any significant raise like that would raise an eyebrow and put into doubt the legitimacy of the votes. Which would make the vote meaningless.
They probably log an ip/time or something with the vote so could also find out if it came from one source if they were bothered.

whats dynamic ip got to do with spamming a link 300 times quickly?
Its still possible to tell votes were faked on a mass scale - i.e assault vote then means nothing.
And getting a different ip takes time and 3/4's of it will be the same anyway.
