well it's an armwrists made by Nike from the LAF, thats a foundation against cancer founded by Lance Armstrong. And the profit from the articles go that foundation in the research for cancer and especiialy kids. They're only 1 $, so I think it's a good thing to spend a small amount of money on. :)
 
Alot of famous sportsmen and women wear these things already. Almost the complete tour de france wears it. The dutch footy coach has it as well. just to name a few
