Send a message to an ICQ member from a webpage?

Is it possible to send a message to someone's ICQ from a webpage?
If yes, what page?

My ISP is so bad atm, that i can't connect to ICQ, but i can browse and post (doh).

u can send from Mi6 website too

what u gotta do smark is just go to the settings and let ICQ find a login server automatically! usually works when my ICQ wont connect!

ICQ - Preferences - Connections - Server - Auto-Configure

But it really was my ISP, phoned them again and again, it seems fixed for now.

well i take it that ur ISP has trouble letting u connect to certain servers or even is blocking some ports. when u choose auto-config ICQ just finds a server that work

You can do it from the main ICQ webpage I think.
