if you have been banned from irc with a message something like:
*** You're using an insecure proxy. This means that everyone can connect to it, a use it for malicious things. Please secure your proxy with at least a password
Then you are running something on either of these ports: 23, 1080, 3128, 8080 , that will make a reply without entering user/pass.
The proxy scanner will assume you are running an insecure proxy then.
Post in this thread if you expirience that, and untill then you can use the cgi client here:
