Really weird, it doesn't look manipulated to me. But too many red cars, and when you look at the white lines.... how are they supposed to be parked? (not like they are obviously)

Normally there are 3 rows with each of them having 2 cars fron to front, 1 row with cars front to side and one single row on the far left, but usually after every weekend the layout changes because cars leave and re-assemble.
