The first action of Satan recorded in the bible was his lie to Eve. This was the first lie that Eve had ever heard. He seduced Eve with a false offer of Status. He told her that she could be: Like God, knowing Good and Bad. Eve fell for it because she could not control her desire for status and she had never been lied to before and so was 'thoroughly deceived' according to St. Paul. Then, having learned how to seduce from the great master of seduction, Satan, (who most certainly informed her or demonstrated to her that she was sexually irresistible to Adam) she was able to seduce Adam, not with his desire for status, but with his desire for her - sexually. A desire which he was not able to control, because he had never experienced it before. This is why they both realised that they were naked at that time, it was because they had just discovered sexual desire. The result of this lie and of the naivety of Adam and Eve, was their expulsion from Eden into the world in which we now live.
