on the subject of napster,some greedy cable user was uploading 3 tracks at once from me.Not a problem for him,but i had so little bandwidth left IE,icq,and mirc no longer worked

Someone tried getting a 165 meg PVD mp3 from me a while ago, I cut him off right after he started and sent him a message that I really was on 56k. He was like "Oh ok".
