I know mercing sux and shit, but this could be some idea tho.
Some div1,2 players merc for lower divisions.
What gives them the advantage to win the match.
So if you keep them in their own division, they could only have mercs from HZ or divisions below them.

Well normaly Humphro posts shit but this was a great one....
you all moan around like little kids and yak around that you hate lame mercers bla bla bla!!!!
Hump is right, if we would delete all merc accounts then half league would be dead!!!
And if you would ban the player that did merc or DBC then probably another 1/4 of league would die...
