IP Change

There will be an IP change on the PUG server this week, most likely Wednesday 9th. This change hopefully will help with the recent routing changes that have caused a slight ping increase although unfortunately until its changed its not certain of its benefit.

old IP: 83.142.54.230

new IP: 89.238.143.220

If you are using www.utapug.net for access then hopefully this will update in time so you shouldnt notice the change.

Wow what a shit server the new one is. I start routing through Denmark and I get hops which spike my ping to 423ms.

Nvm. Next tracer giving better routing (through Amsterdam though

) and much lower ping.

Sausage Id be very surprised if you actually got a response from the new IP, I havent moved the server yet! hence the timeouts

Server IP will get moved over Wednesday, people can then try it out if they have any issues you can then PM (forum or IRC) me a tracert and ill have a look at it, any of the normal "this sux, laaaag! etc" once its moved will be ignored because quite frankly its not really useful to anyone.

Sux for me aswell 17 jumps and timeout. =(

Had 11 before with 70 F6. Is this UK server, Strange as Visualroute shows its NL server

prolly wont pug for a while when its change if its for the worse as it looks like...
