installation problem LOTR-ROTK pc game

I just bought lord of the rings - return of the king for my pc. The autorun loads, I enter my key en then It crashes.

electronic arts autorun has encountered a problem .......... blabla.

I've tried running setup manually, same error. I've copied the cd to my hdd, same error.

thats what I get for actually buying a game for once jeez

Is there a registry key created for it? I think you can just modify it that way so it will find the key and not bother asking for the code.

fixed it, I dont have a drive C: (don't ask)

I temperarely changed my drive F: to C: for the installation and that worked. The autorun wanted to create a log on C: which caused the crash becoz i didn't have a C:
