i got T-DSL 768/128
downloads are about 90-110 kb/s but uploads

and download at max 160 kb/s

i think most cable have 128 kbit up and so does adsl so for ut it shouldn't make a difference

however the dl speed for cable in holland (i dunno for rest) is better i have had a max of 500 kb/s

btw 128 kbit means max. 16 kb/s
