got a prob | plz help (:

since i reinstalled win98 i got a prob with my ut..
if i close it, the whole interface is black and i cant do anything more...
all progs are running for exmple winamp etc and i hear the music.
then i have to reset pc

any ideas?

/installed newest graphic card drivers and directx 8.1

Maybe something went wrong with your UT installation?
Have you tried to reinstall UT?

Using Open GL and have the brightness turned down a lot? Press F10/F11 to brighten it up/down (IIRC).

First obvious thing that springs to mind

i reinstalled it 1000times ..that doesnt work
hmm..brightness cant be coz it at 10/10

i got a new opengldrv.dll and now it seems to work

Was UT ok on your system b4 u reinstalled Win98?

IF so, go back to the same drivers you used then instead of the newest ones
