First, you put them on a web page somewhere, then link to that by adding image tags to the text in here ... or pressing the "IMG" button

No, you upload them from your hard drive to a web site.
Toasty here, emails me his images, I put them on www.fragulation.com and then link to them there.
You need to do something similar, on R-C webspace, or some thing.....
