fps problem

Hi lads..

Im running gf 6800 GT Galaxy with 256 ram.
And 75 hertz on my tft screen.

My problem is i want my fps to be stable on 75, and i set refreshrate to 75 ... still its jumping between 40-150 ...
Kinda unplayable.... Please heeeelp :)

Did you maybe updated you drivers recently to version 1xx?

I did and it sux for my 7600GT :/

This seemed to help, but still not good! atleast in dm.

Ive got latest opengl yes ( for ut )

im using nvidia 71.84 ( gf driver )
Will check assault later on.
 
ok now i will sound like an completly idiot...

But gf 6800GT is Geforce 6 series ?
