somewhere nowhere
i have the mx300
sometimes i had when i played that my screen was frozen... so i post it in forums (couple of months ago) so i could get any help!!!
answer was new mouse or plug it into a ps2 connection

did the ps2 and nothing changed
still got the same problem

so i get a new mouse
and
this is what happens
with the mx300 it was frozen
but with the new mouse instead of getting frozen its making me do a 720°

pls what can do to fix it?

sound pretty weird :\

1) plug the mouse in different USB-ports and test.
2) Install newest Mainboard and Mouse drivers
3) you overclocked ur pc via fsb? (maybe that fucks around with the component MHz rates)
4) set the Bios back to default

is it just in UT or in other (even non UT-engine games) too?

how can i check what its doing!!!
look in the Taskmanager. There you can see which Tasks use how much CPU-power.

edit:

could it that my grafic card gets frozen?
bad drivers???

whats the best drivers for a nvidea FX5700
well normally it's the newest.
I use for my 5900 the Forceware 67.03. Good performance and didn't notice any probs with games.

for Nvidia graphic drivers look here

other hints:
Install a Antivirus programm
Install Antispyware software (Spybot-S&D or/and Adaware)
Install XP-Antispy (if you use WinXp ofcourse ;))
Update Windows

When you didn't change any Bios options before then the seetings should still be in default mode.

Anyway: While the PC boots press the Bios Key (Key depends on the used Bios: mostly it's "DEL" or "F1").
Then you'll see a menue point called "Default setting" or even "Fail-safe-settings".

Trigger this option and confirm ur decision with "Y".

But don't do that, when you never see the BIOS before :sofa:

rofl

bios
did read something else
just made my keyboard being able to start my pc

edit:

programs on it

adaware pro
norton 2005 full package
win amp, divx, icq, ut, ut2k4, wow
bearshare
dvd shrink

i really don't get the problem atm, is it a problem with the sensetivity of the mouse? plz clearify the problem...

when i play ut

oke so u do minigun fighting or what so ever
suddenly my mouse doesn't move any more and screen neither
last 1sec maybe 2 max
and then restarts where i am aiming

hope u get it now

dunno y i bother after getting me to waste my time

http://forums.utassault.net/showpost.php?p=1141597&postcount=7

but here goes

latest motherboard drivers
directx 9c
latest mouse drivers
as for graphics drivers nvidia are very cunning

they begin with the chipset it supports ie:

4-.-- range = ge 4 chipset and back

5-.-- range = ge 5 and back

6-.-- range = ge 6 and back

so the ones begining with 5 were written for the card

the ones begining with 6 will support but written with the ge 6 in mind

so pick one in the 5 range imo

and it always helps if pple state the operating system type of mouse mobo etc

:P

oke deadboy... me doesn't understand a shit what u ment
