fading text in objectives screen speed up

Behind a crate
Just experimented with speeding up the fading text in the F3 objectives window:

set UTFadeTextArea FadeFactor 100

speeds it up a lot so many lines of text shows up pretty much all at once. This probably works for all UTs fading text I think. btw deafult is 2
