exec tweaks at start of UT

i got a custom.ini for tweak in my UT,but i always forget to exec it when i start UT.
anyone knows if it's possible to make my custom.ini be exec at each UT start?
i was thinking of a bind,but i will prolly forget to press the key
i would like something autaomatic,dunno if it's possible tho...

change the aim of the UT shortcut on your desktop to: UT/System/UnrealTournament.exe -exec=custom.ini

will load automaticly then
