It's from an early and non-official version of RA for ut2k3. If Unreal: Conflict is all about team work then this would make for a great feature.
 
Yes we are developing camera's (of various sorts) :D

(btw I did this kind of thing with UT, but UT has bugs in the portal code which render coronas all over the place)
