Well maybe some1 else on your ISP range is banned. To avoid banning innocent players there is a pw for those on the same ISP that didnt cheat. However I cant say anything bout your case. Best place is prolly #dog IRC channel.

you share an ip range with someone who has botted (Helios Hook) as the cheater is on a dynamic ip ive banned the whole range

and as a result you cant enter the server you can contact me
