Change ur user.ini

Im spanish and i have 2 user.ini one called spanish.ini with taunts in spanish and english.ini with taunts in english and I wana changet it if im playing with spanish m8's or english m8's.
For example in counter strike was ''exec spanish.cfg or exec english.cfg''
I searched and I find that url http://unreal.epicgames.com/UTConsole.html
I think that is that command USERINI=userinifilename Specify the .ini file to use for user-specific configuration. Normally User.ini
but no work in console cos that command is for command line, I searched it 2 for command line url:http://www.planetunreal.com/TheAdminPage/TheCommandLine.htm
and try to do this Juegos\UnrealTournament\System\ucc USERINI=ingles.ini
like this url says but dont work.

Make Two Links to the Unrealtournament.exe:
(duplicate and change the standart one)

first one:
dUnrealTournament\System\UnrealTournament.exe USERINI=spanish.ini

second one:
dUnrealTournament\System\UnrealTournament.exe USERINI=english.ini

the first one loads spanish.ini as the user.ini
and the second one uses the english.ini as the user.ini

note that you have to change the path and filenames so they matche with where you have UT installed on you HDD and with what your files are called.
