yer, some threads should be closed...and some should be deleted


but IMO it would be fair sometimes to know the reasons....

closing a thread without a acceptable reasons looks a bit arrogant in my eyes.... :p:

(now ban me, delete or close this thread :P )

I assume ur referring to threads outside league forum coz i dont see many closed threads here


most posts are quite obvious why they got closed tho
 
I posted a thread the other day with a picture of a guy who had a slight accident involving a log. It wasn't obscene or pornographic or a flame thread and it was in Chit Chat so hardly irrelevant. It got closed then deleted and no-one said why, and at that point I thought ok fuck it I won't even bother posting anything.

I happened to see that picture, and that description is a bit modest innit?

EDIT: It was also placed on a site that might be a bit offensive for some. Especially when on work. ;)

i saw a theard in Unreal Tournament forum about...bots and flames...and raichu n00b

and i didn´t saw a reason why it´s closed....

cause of spam?
cause of flame?

i think peeps should have a chance to discuss even flames....


if there´s a player in the league that pisses many peeps off...and destroys gameplay on servers...etc.
then there should be a chance 4 other league members to discuss about that gimp.


we already had a discussion in DoG private about a known ...prick
Second, if you have a server full of happy players, and some total twat joins and starts creating friction, ban the fuckwit that just joined.

Well I dunno about modest - wtf was wrong with it when compared to videos of plane crashes and Formula One accidents, both of which have been allowed here? Fair enough about the site though but it was hardly a porn site :\

The thread was gonna start flames, i havent destroyed gameplay for almost 8 month, i just played quite good vs him, but cos i was n00b doctaluv once , but when when i play good because i play almost everyday, some people can't stand i have improved (TeRRoR). Also in that thread there wasn't many people who agreed with him, and some who actually told him to shup. 90% of the time people flame me first, so much that i cba ignoring it somtimes , like on RC server when whole TM flamed me for no reason (ask len), so if you dont like me TeRRoR/Snuggs, go ahead, but flaming it on a thread is wrong imo

Edit: Yes i think Humph is right, he couldn't care less....I am just playing without any advantages...face it.

no offense but the log picture and plane crashes are 2 totally different things.. IMO I found the log thingy "inappropiate" atleast even for the chit chat forum.... you should've had a bit more sense. We're not gonna msg every1 who posts sth odd on these forums . If you wonder why ur post dissapeared feel free to contact an admin. It's not like we're saying "Hey it's "useless" (the user useless) so we're just gonna annoy him. When posts get closed/removed it's done so with a reason. Usually when a thread is closed there's a msg in the end of the one who closed it and usually with a reason. If a thread is deleted: read back

If this is all about raichu's thread. I closed it and no i didnt give a reason. I thought it would be obvious why it got closed. The reason ofcourse was the useless repeated flame about the same subject.

If you got any questions about that you can come in private.
