2 critical errors.

first one goes in total 14 times that message.

second one is from the same map. i see somthing with create videotexture but i really don't know what to delete/change

it's from a map im building.

Corrupted texture package? Make a blank map and put the spank2 texture on and see if is all okay. :)
 
The first error message is missing whatever initiates what looks like a loop; more would be revealed if you posted an unrealtournament.log file which contains this error.

The second error looks like you have either Anemote1 in the EditPackages list in your UnrealTournament.ini, or some LeagueAS element that shouldn't be there; either that, or one of the textures has been mistakenly loaded into the map, or one of it's actors. If you export the map to t3d format and open it up in notepad, you would be able to do a Search to see if this is the case.
