well i will make some tactics for you.

1. everybody take a gun
2. press two times right or left or up or down to do a weird fast power move, dont tell your opponents its a special trick only some people know
3. the first to get there take all ammo because he runs first and will need most
4. dont launch - your enemies will think you launch but you confuse em if you dont
5. spam the console, its a very good way to confuse your enemies and to destroy their communication
6. spawnkill, dont let the enemies out of the spawnroom - one dood for backup if someone comes through the spawn room defence (very unlikely to happen)
7. do 1-6 to have fun, its the second most important thing in UT, most important is winning
