UT on Vista

okay i changed to open gl now....

now its like im getting stucked in textures... suddenly i cant move....

i dont get these slowmotions anymore

yeah vista and ogl is a bit sucky feels like your pulled back if u know what i mean

I installed DX9 into vista btw

Running DirectSetup will not install any runtime bits onto Windows Vista. It
will install various optional components such as D3DX9

it updates a few bits in vista and wont affect dx10

Had similar problems with UT in Vista, everytime i get a brand new system UT runs worse and worse.. anyway i uninstalled the crap that is Vista and installed xp professional and it works "ok" at least much better since i bought a Nvidia card aswell (8800 GTX).

I bought a new pc 2weeks ago (vista 32bit, 8800gts) and copied the UT folder from my XP computer to my vista computer. And it works splendidly only had to change from opengl to d3d , but I barely see the difference.
