Problem With MapVoteLa13

Hello all i use the mutator MapVoteLA13 and i have a little problem with it.

I put RepeatLimit=8 on the .ini file and on the windows on the server.
for the players dont vote every time the same map but it not working we can vote the same map every time.

Please can you help me to resolve this problem?

Without you posting your MapVote.ini, we can only speculate on your exact problem.

Did you check the Obey toggles?

bList1ObeyRepeatLimit=True
bList2ObeyRepeatLimit=False
bList3ObeyRepeatLimit=False
bList4ObeyRepeatLimit=True

Above example, would mean only lists 1 and 4 follow the repeat limit.
