i think it has to do with autorip.u
edit: but when i delete it here, it attempts to DLit from the server but doesn't start.

f6 70-100 jumpy :\

tick is 40 and OS is linux right?
but the incoming packets / second jump from 20 to 40 ?
dunno if thats normal. but weirdo will soon post that it is :P

yup tickrate is 40 on linux server
 
Its normal depending on server setup, packets/sec drops when its not needed and raises when it is. Obviously effects ping accordingly, reduces system requirements
