I don't know u and u don't know me (I think) but I'll tell you anyways what I'd do if I were in your situation. First of all let us assume the person on the picture is you, with another body inserted. Call the police and show them the picture. This works especially well if you are under 18
It would be childporn then and atm childporn is a red flag in almost every contry in europe, that alone would leave the creator of this pic with a hefty load to swallow since it sentences a MINIMUM prison of 3 months (here in Germany at least) --- that alone could give you more satisfaction than the creator has had fun for 
If you are aged 18 and above you still can call the police and show them the picture. Since the pic is on a commercial porn site (I think) the webmaster would do @#%$ and protect the sender of this picture from prosecution since the site has to pay for personal right infringements, too, especially if you are below 18. If he has no written rights to display the picture he's in deep @#%$. If he tells you the name of the creator he can push most of the blame on him anyways. Getting a name from an email account is not so hard if you have enough leverage (for example childporn). In any case I'd get a lawyer to look after the intricate rulings in your country after you have talked to the police... and don't let them tell you this is a minor case and has little hope of being solved. Imagine in about 8 years you try to get a job but in an anonymous email your new boss get's a nice (faked) picture of you, maybe not even from the creator.... this can ruin careers and even if it was intended as a joke it is not a joke.
And the money the suing gets you you can easily get a new p4 2GHz with every extra you wish for....
