Using some lookup tools, it seems the guy who set it up is Terry Schaefer - a life style coach.

That doesn't mean to say it's his site. Why would someone publish a site like this? Maybe because President Bush has backed and promotes intelligent design - the concept that the world was/is intentionaly created like this by a higher deity called God. We didn't evolve here by accident, it's all by design and intention.

Christian nut jobs the lot of 'em.
