im looking for a portable mp3 player, not from apple, and I know there are quite a few alternatives to the famous ipod but I don't know any of its competitors.
Here's what im mainly looking for:
must have:
-ability to play radio am/fm
-usb connection to the computer(not firewire or other type) and I think it's possible but not sure, power recharging via usb
Things i'd really like:
-longer battery life then most competitors
-longevity of the player (won't break after 2-3 years)
-good warranty/company
Things that are not really important:
-size of the player
-capacity of storage of the player ( 2 gb would be quite enough for me, more is always better but not needed)
-cost (well ofc im looking for the best quality/price ratio but if it's pricey to get a better battery it's np)
any suggestions?
oh and I posted this here to get serious replies, and I guessed that technically you could call an mp3 player "external hardware".
Thanks for the help.
