If you bought your stuff local from a dedicated computer parts outlet, then they most likely will flash it for you or 'lend' you a chip to do it yourself,(lend as in take the full price as a returnable deposit.)
If you bought it all online, think i heard OverclockersUK mentioned, then give em a phone and ask, nothing ventured and all that.

reports a C1 error, but bona fide working memory doesnt work so I dunno
Chip is ok too, must be the mobo.
