Uh i started ut and got this error, the removed my ut and user.ini's to see if that helped and it didnt. Before u say reinstall, i can't. My CD drives are both borked! So if anyone has any ideas plz post/pm/msg me or else i have to dl it 2night :p

Change your background pic, copy cd content to new desktop and install from there.

Seriously though I dunno. Reinstall would obviously help but if you have no way of accessing your CD then the only other way is to download it, and I don't think you wanna do that. Better fix your CD drives.
