Demo playback errors

I have some troubles playing my old demos from 2004-2005. I know there isn't much to see but I still would like to have the possibility to watch them!

So, any one of you bright guys out here who might be able to help? Any help is appreciated.

Most probably some file version mismatch. You may have some never or older texture, sound pack installed. Remove that Warning window so file sizes are visible and post a sshot here.

LeagueAS136 maybe?

Could it be that I have the LeagueAS-CP.int and LeagueAS-CP.u installed from LAS 140 when the demos are recorded with LAS 136? Or haven't they been changed throughout the years?

Headcase, it requires LAS 136 so I downloaded and installed it just to be able to watch the demos, I usually run las 140

Mismatched demos can be viewed by typing

demoplay titleofdemo?timebased in console

I'll try this although it's not a matter 'mismatch' - at least, it doesn't mention anything about mismatch when trying to play the demo.

I'm not sure if it's the same problem as my doesn't say connecting... when pressing play. It just pops back to demomanager as if I pressed 'no' when asked whether to play it or not.
I'll try this too however, would be nice to watch the old demos
