Cant get in on Irc

Today i cant get in on any IRC server. I had no probs yesterday. I got these massages:

* Connecting to irc.utassault.net (6667)
-
* Unable to connect to server (Connection timed out)
-
* Connect retry #1 irc.utassault.net (6667)

If anyone know how to fix it please let me know. Thanks.

For some reason you can't resolve the address.

Try:

/server forums.utassault.net

.. in mIRC.

Not really know where should i type this.
If should i use this as server adress it says: * Unable to resolve server

in the main window that tells you "unable to resolve adress", theres a chatline at the bottom just as the chat windows

When im doin it it says: You`re not in a channel.

Ive found problem. Admin blocked my ports damn mf thx anyways :/
