Blocking words from web pages

Hi guys.

Is there a program that will work with IE and Firefox that will Block Web pages and Censored words.
What i mean is, if someone does a Search in "yahoo"(or any other search site)
i want any site with that word blocked.

I have foud programs that block Web pages but you first need to enter the sites URL before it will be blocked, This is why i need it to block Words.

Any help would be cool.

Can do it on your router if you can run Tomato
otherwise create an account (free) on OpenDNS obviously you need to set your router/PC to look to them for DNS
