Hey - turns out IRC is out and something a little more modern has taken it's place... A little thing called Discord!

I for one fully support 24 hour bans for people not showing for pugs at all. (and obviously not letting the captains know/not getting a sub)
I would even suggest a 24 hours increment for each ban for consecutive offences, resettable every month or every 2 months so say its the 3rd time in a month u dont showup --> 72 h. ban.
Good way to make people learn, especially those that forget they pugged and dont change their nick/close irc, and then magically add to a pug far later that day or even the next day potentially ruining it.
