i reinstalled my PC few days ago, this didn't work as i wanted, i still got all my files, only my Desktop and Start menu changed, and all the games & stuff aren't in my 'Configuration' anymore... only on harddisk.. ik know it isn't the harddisk that is broken, i guess it is OR processor OR motherboard, but i'm looking for a new MB nways...
but i also can't install internet now (this is a downstair PC, upstairs isn't workin), i am connected to a Broadband router from 'Sweex', and i followed instructions:
First set internet to '' Protocol (TCP/IP) '' or summat
then go Run, type '' CMD '' and press ' ENTER '
then in the window type '' Ipconfig '' and u see ip >> I can see it <<
then in window type '' ipconfig/release '' and ur ip will be reset >> doesn't happen anything to it, remains the same <<
then type '' ipconfig/renew '' and u'll get ur new ip >> doesn't happen anything, it gives me this error (sorry 4 bad language, cuz it shows in Dutch

btw. this pc is connected to original Cable Modem, but it didn't affect internet before, so i that shouldn't be the problem
