Since I installed XP I only got more problems with UT then with win2000 or win98 >_<

Now I got this nice problem:
When starting UnrealED it doesnt load the main thing I need :confused:

In premiere (or any other program) you can choose a codec. There usually is a button "configure" right next to it. that takes u to the divx codec proporties. The encoding bitrate is on the first page.
